Where to find
Infested Citadel
The boss waits at Infested Citadel in the Mistlands biome. There are several such places in the world, up to 5.
The Queen’s lair is in the Dvergr citadel in the Mistlands; it is shown by a vegvisir in the Dvergr mines.
How to summon
×3 Place 3× seeker soldier trophy on the altar (creature trophy: Seeker Soldier). The Queen already waits inside the citadel: the offering calls her about 12 seconds later, so eat first and stand where you have room to retreat.

Preparation - It’s dark in the lair: bring a light.
In the fight - The Queen summons Seekers: destroy them so they don’t surround you.
Good to know - The lower the Queen’s health, the more attacks she has: she summons Seekers from 99%, teleports from 90%, spits from 80%, bites from 70% and rushes from 60%. The slap and the piercing area strike are always available.
- About 277 Seeker Eggs lie in her lair: each destroyed egg hatches a Brood with a 50% chance.
