Three slots
Three different dishes are active at once. You cannot eat two of the same, and you cannot eat a new dish while all three slots are taken and none has started to run out.
In Valheim your health and stamina come not from a level but from what you ate. Three different dishes at once, each lasting 10–50 minutes. Below: what to eat at every stage and all dishes by biome. Meads are in a separate section, “Potions”.

Northern Salmon Deep North Three different dishes are active at once. You cannot eat two of the same, and you cannot eat a new dish while all three slots are taken and none has started to run out.
Each dish lasts its own time, from 10 to 50 minutes (feasts last 50). The bonus gradually weakens toward the end, so eat again when the dish icon starts to blink.
Red dishes give mostly health, yellow ones stamina, blue ones eitr for magic, and balanced ones give an even mix. For a melee fighter: two red and one yellow; for an archer: the other way round.
The regeneration number shows how much health a dish restores on every tick. Regeneration from all three dishes adds up, so one dish with high regeneration speeds up healing noticeably.
Meat is roasted on a spit over a fire, complex dishes are boiled in a cauldron, pies and bread are baked in an oven. Some ingredients can be eaten raw, but turnips must be cooked before they can be eaten.
