The Queen’s lair is in the Dvergr citadel in the Mistlands; it is shown by a vegvisir in the Dvergr mines.

Good to know

The Queen already waits inside the citadel. Three Seeker Soldier Trophies placed on the Hive Seat call her about 12 seconds later.
There are up to 5 citadel entrances, at an altitude of 1–20 m and at least 2048 m apart. Four Seekers guard each one.
A runestone nearby says: “We sealed the door and scattered the key. Leave her be.”
