Altar of The Emerald Flame
The boss waits at Altar of The Emerald Flame in the Ashlands biome. There are several such places in the world, up to 3.
The altar is in the Ashlands. It is shown by vegvisirs in the fortresses and ruins of the Charred.
How to summon
×3 Place 3× bell on the altar. Fader appears about 25 seconds after the offering, so eat first and stand where you have room to retreat.

Preparation - Drink fire resistance barley wine: Fader and the Charred hit with fire.
In the fight - Fader summons the Charred: clear them quickly.
Good to know - The Ashlands are dangerous on their own: set up a portal near the altar before the fight.
