The altar is in the Ashlands. It is shown by vegvisirs in the fortresses and ruins of the Charred.

Good to know

Each of the three Bells goes on its own Bell Holder; there are three of them at the altar.
Fader does not appear at once, but about 25 seconds after the offering.
The altars stand at an altitude of 1–300 m, at least 2048 m apart.
