Forged in the heart of the coldest blizzards, the Ice Scepter channels the frigid power of the northern winds. With each crystalline shard that dances from its tip, it whispers tales of frost and fury, freezing adversaries in their tracks and shattering the bravest of foes with the chill of absolute zero.
